In our Science lesson today, we learnt all about weight and gravity. Can you explain what weight is? How is it measured? What is it measured in? Does weight change? How are weight and gravity linked?

Weight is how heavy something is - weight is a force from mass and gravity. It is measured with a force meter. It is measured in Newtons.Weight for a mass changes if gravity changes. They are linked with the gravitational constant - on earth one kg = 10 Newtons

A force meater is used to measure weight. It uses newtons and grams. Also the amount of newtons it goes up to is 100 some only go up to 2.5. 💪🐰

Weight and gravity are linked because the bigger the bigger the planet, the more the weight. this is why on the moon you are lighter- there isn't as much gravity pulling you down.

You use a newton scale to measure things

yes you do . but you can not measure a lorry with a normal newton scale you need a big newton meter.!
